Red light (633 nm) : This range of light is used to stimulate cell viability. It helps stimulate the cells to produce collagen also thickening and restructuring of the dermis . This helps brighten, smooth and increase the elasticity of the skin and reduce winkles.
Blue light (417 nm) : When blue light matches the light adsorption peak of the P.acnes ( acne causing bacteria) active oxygen is produced. This high oxidation environment kills the P. acne bacteria .
Red 633nm/ Infrared 850 nm : These two wave lengths emitted together are absorbed by the chromophores within the cells. The longer wave lengths penetrate deeper into the tissue to help relieve muscle aches and helps relieve aches associated with nerve or joint pain. This wave length of light can also be used in combination with Local Cryotherapy.
